Aspire Federal Credit Union CD Rates
The Aspire Federal Credit Union CD rates come from an institution that used to be originally known as FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) Eastern Region Federal Credit Union. It was founded in 1948 to serve a small group of Civil Aeronautics Administration employees, currently the Federal Aviation Administration. Today, Aspire FCU is a $175 million dollar credit union, serving approximately 20,000 members within many diverse employee groups throughout the northeastern United States.
All Aspire share certificates or CDs require a minimum deposit of $500, except for the 15 months CD Special. For a minimum deposit of $1000, the 15 months CD Special has an interest rate of 1.99% with an APY 2.01%.
Their 3 months CD has an interest rate of 0.74% with an APY of 0.75%. The 6 months CD has an interest rate of 0.99% with an APY of 1.00%. The 12 months CD has an interest rate of 1.24% with an APY of 1.25%. The 18 months CD has an interest rate of 1.48% with an APY of 1.50%. The 24 months CD has an interest rate of 1.73% with an APY of 1.75%. The 36 months CD has an interest rate of 1.98% with an APY of 2.00%. The 48 months CD has an interest rate of 2.23% with an APY of 2.25%. The 60 months CD has an interest rate of 2.23% with an APY of 2.25%.
Aside from employees of the Federal Aviation Administration and their families, membership is also available to employees of participating organizations, their immediate family members, and their household members.
