The minimum deposit requirement of $20,000 is very high, but the 3.15% is great.</description>

		<description>Sun Cities Financial (AZ) has advertised a 3.15 rate on a one-year (FDIC-insured) CD with a minimum of $20K. That&#039;s where we&#039;re apparently going to be sending my mother-in-law, as nothing else seems to come close.

BBB says that institution has an A+ rating with only one complaint in the last three years. Presumably, then, we can trust that my mother-in-law is getting a good rate from a reliable source. 

Any thoughts?</description>
