They offer certificate accounts with terms of 60 month with an APY of 3.04%. The 48 month APY is at 2.78%. The 36 month APY is at 2.53%. The 30 month APY is at 2.38%. The 24 month APY is at 2.38%. The 12 month APY is at 1.66%. The 6 month APY is at 1.41%. The 3 month APY is at 1.36%. These rates were posted on February 18, 2010 and are still current as of May 28, 2010. The minimum deposit required to obtain these APYs is $1000.

The second best overall financial institution in Oklahoma is the Communication Federal Credit Union. This was originally the Pioneer Bell Credit Union that was founded in 1939 to serve the employees of Southwestern Bell Telephone Company in Oklahoma City.  Their 5 year shared certificate (SC) has an interest rate of 3.06% and an APY of 3.10%. The 4 year SC has an interest rate of 2.82% and an APY of 2.85%. The 3 year SC has an interest rate of 2.57% and an APY of 2.60%. The 2year SC has an interest rate of 2.33% and an APY of 2.35%. The 18 month SC has an interest rate of 1.79% and an APY of 1.80%. The 1 year SC has an interest rate of 1.64% and an APY of 1.65%. The 6 month SC has an interest rate of 1.44% and an APY of 1.45%. These rates were posted on May 25, 2010 and were still valid as of May 28, 2010. The minimum deposit for these APYs is $1000.
