CD Rates Pennsylvania
It’s been a while since we here at Best CD Rates Today looked at Pennsylvania CD rates. So we felt it was time to update you on what’s happening with PA CD rates today.
As usual, we will look at them by term and then rank results by annual percentage yield (APY) and give any added information needed like minimum deposit requirements. Some rates may not be available all over PA, but those are the exception rather than the rule.
1 Year Term Pennsylvania CD Rates
For this term, Discover Bank dominates with a 1.95% APY and a $2,500 minimum deposit requirement. Northwest Savings Bank and Huntington National Bank both have a 1.25% APY with a lower $500 or $1,000 minimum deposit, respectively. ESB Bank and Dollar Bank both have a 1.00% APY for this term with a $500 and $2,500 minimum deposit required.
3 Year Term CD Rates in Pennsylvania
Once again, Discover Bank is highest with a 2.75% APY and their $2,500 minimum deposit requirement. Not far behind, though, is Northwest Savings Bank with a 2.65% APY and their low $500 minimum. ESB and Dollar Banks have 2.00% APY offered with a $500 and $2,500 minimum deposit, respectively.
5 Year Term PA CD Rates
This term also features Discover Bank on top at 3.35% APY with a $2,500 minimum deposit requirement. ESB Bank has a 3.10% APY and Northwest Savings Bank has a 3.00% APY, both with a $500 minimum deposit required. Dollar Bank offers 2.75% APY for this term with a $2,500 minimum deposit requirement.
