Nashville CD Rates

We’ve been looking at certificates of deposit for some time now and our latest local look at the Highest CD Rates in Houston, Texas got a lot of feedback. Many of those people wanted to know when we here at Best CD Rates Today would look at their city. So for the next few posts, that’s what we’ll be doing.

First on our list is Nashville CD rates. We’ll list by term and then by annual percentage yield (APY) and include any other information that’s needed as well.

1 Year Term CD Rates in Nashville
Right now, for this term, Nashville TN CD rates are highest at Ally Bank with a 2.05% APY and no minimum deposit to open or maintain. Regions and Bank of America both have a 0.70% APY with a $500 and $1,000 minimum deposit requirement respectively.

3 Year Term Nashville CD Rates
For this term, Ally Bank is again on top with a 2.75% APY offer and no minimum deposit requirement. Bank of America is closer behind, however, with a 2.05% APY which has a $1,000 minimum deposit requirement. Regions then has a 1.25% APY as does SunTrust Bank. Regions has a $500 minimum and SunTrust has a $2,000 minimum deposit required.

5 Year Term Nashville TN CD Rates
This is a popular longer term and still has Ally Bank on top of CD rates in Nashville, this time with a 3.40% APY and no minimum deposit. Bank of America has a 2.76% APY with a $1,000 minimum deposit required while Regions has a 2.00% APY with a $500 minimum deposit required.
