Ally Bank’s 6 month CD has an interest rate of 1.24% with an APY of 1.25%. The 12 month CD has an interest rate of 1.63% with an APY of 1.64%. The 2 year CD has an interest rate of 2.03% with an APY of 2.05%. The 3 year CD has an interest rate of 2.46% with an APY of 2.49%. The 5 year CD has an interest rate of 3.10% with an APY of 3.15%. For a minimum deposit of $1000, Village Bank’s 6 month CD has an interest rate of 1.15% with an APY of 1.16%. CDs from 12 month terms and up only have $500 minimum deposit. The 12 month CD has an interest rate of 1.50% with an APY of 1.51%. The 24 month CD has an interest rate of 2.25% with an APY of 2.28%. The 36 month CD has an interest rate of 2.50% with an APY of 2.51%. The 60 month CD has an interest rate of 3.00% with an APY of 3.04%. These CD rates were posted on 2/8/2010.
