There are two step rates CDs. There is the 3 year where the APY in the first year is 1.14%, the second year it is 1.49%, and the third year it is 2.23%. This is an average of 1.63% APY. The 5 year has an APY of 1.00% in the first year, 1.24% in the second, 1.98% in the third, 2.47% in the forth, and 4.17% in the fifth year. The overall average of this is 2.20%. Both of these CDs require a minimum deposit of $250.
